Commercial and Industrial · Shepherdsville, KY

A diesel shop's first search presence, built around the phone call.

Challenge. The shop had no website and no search presence, in a market where fleet managers and stranded drivers find help online and decide in seconds.

Work. A five page site designed for how customers actually reach a diesel shop: 24/7 roadside up front, click to call throughout, a mobile call bar, real shop photography and local SEO for its market.

Result. Launched August 2026 on the shop's own domain, a direct line from Google to the service desk.

Novitec · Brabus

Automotive Aftermarket · New Jersey

A restyling shop positioned among the top luxury names in New Jersey.

Challenge. The shop's work belonged in the luxury conversation, but its online presence didn't, and the customers who spend at that level couldn't find it.

Work. Courtney rebuilt the website, improved its SEO, and helped establish partner relationships with Novitec and Brabus so the shop appears alongside the names its customers already trust.

Result. More business coming through the shop, and a presence that matches the vehicles it works on.

Healthcare and Wellness · Toms River, NJ

A wellness studio repositioned around post-operative recovery.

Challenge. A growing studio was ready to be known for post-operative recovery, but its platform built site, buried services and frustrating booking widget were holding the brand back.

Work. A full rebrand and a custom five page website built around the studio's highest value services, with online booking integrated on the page, redundant subscriptions retired and local SEO rebuilt.

Result. Launched August 2026. Live, indexed, taking bookings, and running at a lower monthly cost than the setup it replaced.

Property Management · Website and Digital Infrastructure

A domain locked in transfer, and a launch that didn't wait for it.

Challenge. The company's new Wix website was ready to go live, but an ICANN 60 day transfer lock kept the domain stuck at its previous registrar.

Work. Courtney managed the technical setup of the site and domain, and worked around the lock by connecting the existing domain to the new Wix site through DNS while registration stayed at Squarespace. Wix implementation, platform migration strategy, DNS configuration and technical troubleshooting.

Result. The new site launched on schedule, and the domain transfer completed later on its own clock.

Nonprofit · Sports League · Platform Migration

Decades of league history, saved from a platform shutdown.

Challenge. One of the largest nonprofit collegiate baseball leagues for young men pursuing professional careers was facing the end of its PrestoSports platform. Years of records, rosters, statistics and league history lived there, with no path off it. Losing that archive would have meant losing the league's institutional record, and with it the continuity the league runs on.

Work. Courtney migrated the league's data onto a new platform, built the new website around it, and trained the organization's people to maintain the site themselves rather than depend on outside help for routine updates.

Result. The history was preserved, the league continued without interruption, and the organization now runs its own site.

Work. Courtney built a full gaming platform within the brand's website, alongside the commerce strategy, creator commission structure and services agreement that protect the brand as it grows.

Result. A store and a gaming destination in one, with a governance model the brand runs day to day.
